Self-leadership means pursuing your best self for the benefit of others.
It involves owning your strengths and weaknesses. The truth about being a leader is that small everyday choices impact your life and those you love, lead, and serve.
In the Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR), you will start to ground your life, work, and relationships in the four principles of self-leadership.
Along the way, you will experience Kairos moments. Kairos is a Greek word that means – a moment, event, or opportunity when perhaps everything changes. Kairos moments are rarely neutral. These insights will ignite change in you as your mindset shifts. What I believe about high capacity leaders like you is that; mindset shifts everything.
My name is Jason. I’m a coach that has led myself and others well, and at times poorly, for more than 25 years. I have served in both non-profit and for-profit organizations and have success and failures in both. What I have learned is the four principles of self-leadership can lay a strong foundation to live out of and get you where you want to be.

Curriculum & Format
This learning cohort will utilize material developed for this course. There is nothing that is necessary to purchase ahead of time. Any materials needed will be provided in a timely manner before or after each session.
Each participant will have two weeks to put into practice what their takeaway was from the session. This will provide opportunities for practical application in life and work. In the bi-weekly zoom conversations, participants will share about what they are learning personally along with their successes and failures with the material. Growth comes through overcoming setbacks and failures. Each session will be 75-90 minutes in length. You are a busy professional and we will honor each other’s time.
