Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact MicroShift LLC via email (email address below) or phone call within 15 calendar days of the date of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer an exchange of cohort if your purchase is beyond 15 calendar days. Please contact MicroShift LLC (email address below) via email or phone to make arrangements.
If the Leadership Development Roundtable dates do not work for you under some circumstances we can have a conversation about an exchange to another cohort that could be a better fit.
An exchange would not be approved if:
- Your removal from a cohort moves the number of participants below the minimum number of participants.
- The cohort has completed 2 sessions.
Once your request for refund is received, we will send information to the purchasing email to notify purchaser of next steps.
Refunds are subject to processing fees.
